Dmail letter sending module

Module will pick random and realistic receiver name and letter theme.

Real mail can only be sent through the Dmail website, transactions are only used for authentication sign.

• Max fee - maximum fee (GWEI) that could be charged for transaction execution (you can read more about gas in stark guide). If the "Forced max fee" parameter is not enabled, the maximum fee will be replaced with the estimated transaction overall fee.

• Forced max fee - when turned on, the maximum gas limit will be exactly taken from the input.
