Current minimal stake amount is 11 aptos and average unlock time is 30 days.
Min amount out & Max amount out - the final amount of coin to delegate will be randomly chosen in the range of these numbers.
Validator address - enter the validator wallet address where you'd like to delegate your tokens, validator list.
Gas price & Gas limit - price per gas unit and max used gas parameters (Gas calculation method).
